General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jit baj platform and all services operated under it. By visiting the website, opening an account, or starting to use any service, the user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

jit baj is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting and related services. All services, content and features offered on this platform are subject to these Terms.

1.1 Priority of Terms

If separate terms exist for a specific game, promotion or service, those special terms will apply in that case. Where no special terms exist, these general terms and conditions apply in full.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

Account Registration

Each user must open a personal account to use jit baj's services. Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory. jit baj reserves the right to cancel any account opened with incorrect or false information.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts or attempts to benefit from multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep login credentials (username and password) confidential. If someone uses your account without authorisation, our support team must be notified immediately. Using a strong password is recommended to keep your account secure.

2.3 Identity Verification

jit baj reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport or other documents. If verification is not completed within the specified time, account activity may be temporarily suspended.

Age Verification and Eligibility

All jit baj services are for individuals aged 21 years or older only. Access to and use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If an incorrect age is provided at registration, the account will be permanently closed.

• The registrant must be 21 years of age or older.
• Parents and guardians must remain vigilant to prevent minors from accessing the account.
• A government-issued identity document may be required during age verification.
• Providing false information about age may be punishable by law.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Specific rules must be followed for financial transactions on jit baj. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfers (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) can be used for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made through supported methods are generally credited to the account quickly.

4.2 Withdrawals

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfers can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Transaction Conditions

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
• If an active bonus is present, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

Bonuses and Promotions

jit baj offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms that the user must follow. Any complaints or questions regarding bonuses can be directed to our support team.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users may be eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, the balance will be ৳2,200, and to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for betting.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The same person cannot claim bonuses through multiple accounts.
• jit baj reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• A bonus is never considered cash.

5.3 VIP Program

The jit baj VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — up to 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6% and 0.8% respectively. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week.

Betting Rules

Certain fundamental rules must be followed when placing bets on jit baj. These rules are in place to ensure fairness and transparency on the platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• jit baj's system will be considered final in determining results.
• If you have any doubt about the rules of a game, contact the support team before placing a bet.
• In live casino games, once a bet has been placed, it remains valid until the round is complete.

6.1 Sports Betting

In sports betting, a bet is confirmed at the odds displayed before the match begins. During a live match, odds may change rapidly. In the case of disputed match results, the decision of the relevant international sports authority will be followed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jit baj platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action.

• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage (collecting bonuses through multiple accounts).
• Any form of manipulation or hacking of the platform's software or game results.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Money laundering or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's funds or payment methods.
• Fraudulent behaviour or harassment toward other users.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.

Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account, they may submit a request through the support team. All pending transactions must be completed and any valid balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.1 Account Closure by jit baj

jit baj may close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of these terms and conditions is found.
• If false information is found during identity verification.
• In the case of suspicious financial transactions.
• In the case of prolonged inactivity.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability

jit baj strives to keep its services as uninterrupted and reliable as possible. However, our liability is limited in certain circumstances:

• jit baj is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, only the original stake will be refunded.
• jit baj is not directly liable for software issues arising from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, etc.).
• The user is solely responsible for any unauthorised use of their account.

9.1 Maximum Compensation

For any claim, jit baj's maximum liability will be limited to the original amount of the transaction in question. Claims for indirect or consequential losses beyond actual damages are not accepted.
